The AI Platform allows customers to build AI assistants using their own knowledge. This may include uploaded documents, PDFs, Word files, website content, Knowledge Base articles, business information, FAQs, and chat conversations. These resources are processed solely to provide AI functionality within the customer's own Workspace. Customer knowledge sources are not used to train our proprietary AI models without the customer's explicit consent. If this practice ever changes in the future, customers will be informed where legally required.
Uploaded files may be stored, indexed, converted, and processed only for improving AI search and responses inside the customer's own Workspace. Access to uploaded files is limited to authorized Workspace users. Files are not intentionally shared with other customers.
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded documents, files, prompts, business information, knowledge bases, AI configurations, and conversations. We do not claim ownership of Customer Content.
AI requests may be processed through providers selected by the customer or platform configuration, including supported providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, and others. Requests are transmitted only as necessary to generate AI responses. Users should also review the privacy policies of those providers.
Workspace Owners and Administrators may access information belonging to Team Members of their own Workspace as necessary to manage that Workspace.
