VertexSolve provides an AI Platform, SaaS Applications, Business Automation, AI-powered business solutions, APIs, websites, and related online services. By accessing and using vertexsolve.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords, and all activities performed under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
We strictly prohibit unlawful activities, malware, phishing, spam, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, attempting unauthorized access, infringing intellectual property, abusive or harmful AI usage, and illegal content generation.
VertexSolve provides AI agents, SaaS platform development, business automation, and web development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any service will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before making legal, financial, medical, technical, or business decisions. VertexSolve does not guarantee that AI responses will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
We strive to maintain clear and timely communication throughout all engagements. Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback and resources in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are met as agreed upon.
Customers retain ownership of Customer Content (including uploaded files, prompts, knowledge bases, business information, conversations, and AI configurations). VertexSolve receives only the limited rights necessary to provide the requested services.
Workspace Owners and Administrators are responsible for inviting Team Members, assigning permissions, removing users, managing access, and protecting confidential information.
All pricing, payment schedules, and financial terms will be detailed in individual project proposals or contracts. Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade. Taxes may apply where required. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.
VertexSolve may connect with supported providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, and other supported providers. Availability and response quality may depend on those providers.
Our solutions may integrate with or utilize third-party tools, APIs, and platforms. VertexSolve is not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes in terms of these third-party services.
Furthermore, planned maintenance, software updates, infrastructure upgrades, security incidents, or third-party outages may temporarily affect service availability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VertexSolve retains the intellectual property rights to any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used during development. Upon final payment, the client receives the rights to the custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
The VertexSolve platform, software, branding, design, logos, website, documentation, and original content remain the intellectual property of VertexSolve unless otherwise stated.
VertexSolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VertexSolve shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business, lost data, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse of the platform, non-payment where applicable, or security risks. Customers may also stop using the service at any time.
Use of the platform is also governed by the VertexSolve Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy.
Suggestions or feedback voluntarily provided may be used to improve the platform without creating an obligation to compensate the user.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Material updates may be published through the website or platform. The Effective Date will indicate the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Where applicable, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the user's jurisdiction where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
